What to expect

In this pelvic floor series you will be working on the muscles that support your pelvic floor. Unlike traditional ab exercises these target your inner most muscles which in turn helps give you a stronger more stable core. These exercises are extremely important for expecting and postpartum mothers but can be done by anyone. The stronger your core is overall the easier pregnancy and recovery can be for you. Of course as with any exercise plan speak to your doctor before starting.
