Pelvic Floor- Beginners Plan

As I ease back into workouts after surgery I want to make sure I’m doing it as safely as possible. So I’m going to take a similar approach to what I did after Emilia was born. Since my incisions are all on my abdomen I know I need to do some core repair and the best way to do that is by strengthening and rehabbing your pelvic floor. This is the “workout” I’ll be following this week and making adjustments as I need to.
