Free Fitness Trackers

I have challenged myself, and my Instagram followers to committing to a few things for the last few months of the year. Our goal as a community is to wake up one hour earlier each morning, drink 100 ounces of water daily, workout for 30 minutes daily, and fill our minds with positivity and encouragement. You can achieve these goals however you like.

You can split your exercise up between some yoga, a walk, weightlifting, a run, or a fun game of driveway basketball whatever it is though make sure to have fun with it! If starting with 100 ounces of water sounds a little intimidating start off with drinking half your body weight in ounces daily and slowly increase every few days. For example if you weigh 160 pounds your water goal would be 80 ounces! For the last goal I want you to find an inspiring podcast, a personal development book, or you can use meditation whatever works for you to have some self reflection and really work on growing your inner confidence. Most of all I want to have FUN with this!
