All of the workouts in Fit for Fall are going to based off of your goals, time restraints, and flexibility in scheduling. That being said no two workouts are going to be the same nor is everyone that’s participating in Fit for Fall going to be doing the same program/workouts. I love this approach because I really don’t believe in the one size fits all approach that so many other fitness bloggers take when it comes to their challenges. Throughout the week I will be adding new workouts to this page so that you can see what to expect from the different options available to you when you participate in this challenge.
Upper Body Workout
This workout is done “on the beat”. There is a live DJ throughout this entire program and honestly it’s one of my favorites. Having access to the videos really makes it so much more fun. It’s the first program I did after having Emilia and the one that I’ll be doing during these last few months of the year! 3 Sets of 10-12 Reps Each Exercise
