Summer Shred Week One

Switching programs may have been the best decision I ever made! I needed that switch up. So I wanted to share some tips on how I knew I need to make a switch:

  • I wasn’t feeling challenged enough. Even with upping my weights, moving faster, and doing everything I know to do when a workout feels “easy” I still just wasn’t getting that muscle burn I crave. If this is the case for you in anything that you’re doing for workouts then don’t be afraid to switch it up!
  • I was consistently GAINING weight, and I didn’t want to. If your goal is to gain weight, then by all means this isn’t a problem, but for me it was. I’m still trying to lose some of the extra fluff I’m carrying around. Not saying there’s anything wrong with that but it is my body afterall and I like a lean fit look. Extra fluff doesn’t support that goal.
  • I was not excited about my workouts. This is always my biggest tip for people to stay motivated is to find workouts and goals that keep you excited to show up every day! If you’re not enjoying your workouts then whats the point?

So I’ll also give you a little update. In the last week I’ve actually dropped 2.9 pounds and 6.9 total inches! Mostly water weight and bloating I’m sure but truly I feel so much better already.

As always you can do this with me, reach out via e-mail OR go straight to enrollment here:
