Week Three Update

Going into week three of this program I was losing a little bit of my motivation if I’m being honest, I took an unexpected rest day, but now that I actually did that workout and thought back on why I started this program in the first place I feel so much better and excited!

There are a few things that got me excited again about my workouts, but one of the big ones is that summer is HERE and beaches are now open. The beach is a getaway for us and honestly with the feelings of summer being “cancelled” I wasn’t really feeling the need to work toward my goals anymore. I am very motivated by having certain dates or activities that make me have to get dressed in “real” clothes or get in a swimsuit. I know that when I’m feeling my best I have more fun, and I want the memories of this summer to be good and not clouded with my insecurities.

So with that being said, here are my updated pictures from this past week. I dialed in my nutrition last week and lost 3 pounds of water weight, and just feel really strong and lean.
