Shadow Boxing Class

I am so excited about this next program that I am going to be doing! As you all know I just finished my 13 week program, I lost 15 pounds in those 13 weeks, and I just feel so good overall. However we all know that our fitness journeys don’t end at the finish of one program, but continue going for inner growth and whatever physical goals we have.

I am starting a new 6 week shadow boxing program that I will be having FIVE women test out with me! I’m so excited about it, seriously. This month is full of so many exciting things for my business and myown postpartum fitness journey. Anyway, the split of this program is 3 shadow boxing days, with 2 weight training days, we have conditioning segments every day, and finish each workout with an ab burner.

As with the last program I just finished I will be weighing in weekly because it actually helped me stay extra accountable even at the end when things got hard. Here are my BEFORE photos which were also the AFTER photos for the last program I did! I feel so good already so I’m really excited to see how much better I can get.
