These have become one of my favorite treats to have on hand, and the girls in my online fitness community have been loving it just as much! You will need two muffin pans.
The girls in my bootcamp always get first access to these recipes when I try them and love the access to the hundreds of recipes, grocery lists, and meal plan guides they get access to as well.
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
2 Scoops Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
*Slivered Almonds- optional*
Heat the 1/2 cup of coconut oil until melted. Stir in Shakeology until smooth. Coat your muffin tins with coconut oil using a paper towel. Add 1 TSP of Shakeology and coconut mix into each muffin cup. Place in freezer for two minutes. While waiting melt down your peanut butter in the microwave, I usually work in 20 second increments until peanut butter is pourable. Add peanut butter and coconut flakes to eat cup and distribute evenly. Use as much coconut flakes as you like. Then top off with remainder of Shekeology mix. Top off with with slivered almonds. Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Use toothpick to get out of each tin and if you have any left store in freezer.
