Finding The Good

I know at a time like this it can feel hard to find the positive, but I encourage you to find the good in every day; even if it’s small. And try with all your might to not be angry or feel attacked by others for celebrating their wins or the things that they’re grateful for each day.

Take that walk, celebrate your wins, start that fitness routine, take a chance on yourself, and do your best. We’re all in this together. We’re all learning together. This means we’re all making mistakes together as well. We are all likely passing judgement and expressing anger with how others are practicing social distancing, or not practicing it the way we think they should. What is essential to me may be very different from what is essential to you. I might have a more strict idea of what “essential” means or a more loose meaning in comparison to yours.

At the end of the day it’s important that you focus on YOU are you doing everything YOU can to flatten the curve? Are you doing the things that are essential for YOU? And at the end of the day if you can’t find any good to celebrate or you haven’t seen any good BE THE GOOD you desire to see.
