This last week has been rough… We were supposed to be on our vacation and it really messed with me more mentally than I though it would. I found myself wanting to snack more and I’ll be honest I gave in a few times. My plan for how I would do things while on vacation was to do the live workouts every morning with the super trainers that would be at the resort with us, and then follow a more 70/30 split for nutrition instead of being 100% like I have been. So, this week even while I was just at home I found myself doing that.
I don’t believe for five seconds though that this had any negative affect on my results. You won’t lose the gains you made in 8 weeks by falling off track for 5 days; thats just not how it works. I am however recomitting to following my meal plan 100% again starting this week and finishing out this program. Phase 3 is intense and really is a ‘shredding’ phase of sorts so I want to SHRED! I also want to point out that I have consistently lost between 1-2 pounds every week since starting this program and maintained a very strong milk supply throughout.

Weight: 139.2 (down a half pound this week which makes me down a total of 13.6 pounds since starting)
