Dumbbell Only Leg Workout

With the state of affairs right now I want to be sharing more FREEBIES for you to enjoy! And ones that you will be able to take advantage of AT HOME where it is SAFEST to be right now. Not just for your own health but also the health of others. So, here is a leg workout that you only need one set of dumbbells to complete.

10 reps each exercise
(Lunges are 10 on each side)
You’ll go through the circuit 4 times

Squat to Single Leg Deadlift

Lunge to Knee Drive

Curtsy Lunge to Lateral Raise

Sumo Squat to Sumo Deadlift
