Vacation Prep

In March we are going to Punta Cana so I have started my second round of an 80 day/13 week program. It most definitely will not be finished by the time I go on vacation, but that doesn’t matter I just want something that I know will challenge me. The workouts are longer, more in depth, and progress on each other weekly. We change up the way the exercises are grouped together, rep counts, and patterns to make sure we get a new workout EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

The meal plan is very specific. I’ll be eating specific foods at specific times based on when I workout and tailored to my goals, stats, etc. I’ll share a full day of eating somewhere along the way, but remember the food I eat, the quantity, and choices I make are because of ME not because thats what others have to do. There are a million and one ways to approach nutrition and I really don’t think there is one “right” way. Proper portions, balanced macros, and eating whole foods is about the only guidelines I teach to any of my clients.

So, here it is I have started week one and I will say I am feeling GREAT! I’ll be sharing weekly updates and making sure to give updates on weight, measurements, and progress photos. I don’t have progress photos to share today because well I’ve only done two workouts by the time this gets published.

I will however share that my starting weight is 152.8 – I don’t really have a goal weight in mind I just know that I will inevitably lose some pounds doing this program. So, cheers to the next 13 weeks!
